After a career in finance at tech and financial services companies, Pat Latimore shifted her expertise to the nonprofit sector. She was Chief Financial Officer, and then Chief Operating Officer at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, where she spent 10 years. Following her retirement, she joined the board of Encore Boston Network. She also co-chairs the Equity and Justice Advisory Committee for the Town of Milton and is a founding member of Citizens for a Diverse Milton. Pat also serves on the Board of Celebrate Milton and the Audit Committee of Olin College.
