Mary Gunn leads program development and community engagement as Program Director for Encore Boston Network. She was previously a consultant for Encore.org, coaching Gen2Gen nonprofit innovation partners. She retired as Executive Director of Generations Incorporated after 15 years, growing the AARP Experience Corps youth literacy program in Boston to one of the largest and most successful in the nation. Before that, Mary was Executive Director of the Bird Street Community Center in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
