Doug Dickson helped found the Encore Network in 2011, building on his own transition from for-profit to nonprofit roles. He also helped found the Life Planning Network (2005) and Encore Boston Network (2012). He has been EBN's board chair since its launch, supporting that program's development into a go-to resource for greater Boston individuals, nonprofits, businesses, higher education and government, and a role model for other communities.  Doug is a valued member of our Network's Leadership Council and co-lead for the Program Committee.
