Why did The Encore Network change its membership levels?

To introduce new membership options that provide you with more ways to engage and more value for your investment. The new options will be effective February 15, 2024.

What are the major differences in membership options?

The Basic, yet comprehensive, option provides advocates, journalists, students, and retired individuals access to resources, learning materials, and networking opportunities. The Plus and Pro Plus memberships are tailored for businesses, organizations, and non-profits with products or services marketed to over 50 consumers. I am currently enrolled as a Pathfinder, Influencer, or Innovator. Can I renew at these same levels or do I need to pick one of the new membership levels? 

No. Our previous membership structure will be phased out effective February 15, 2024.

Why do the new membership levels not offer sub-member accounts like the Influencer or Innovator levels did before?

We found that many sub-member accounts were not activated. To ensure accurate membership tracking and maximize engagement, we restructured membership to individual enrollment.

Why does the size of my company/organization matter when selecting a membership level?

The size of the company/organization determines the membership price you will pay.

Do you offer a discount for non-profit organizations?

Yes. Registered 501 c3 organizations are eligible for a 15% discount. 

I’m retired, does The Encore Network have a membership level for me?

Yes. Consider joining as a Basic Member. Learn more about this membership level here.

Who can join The Encore Network?

Everyone is welcome to join. Businesses, organizations, nonprofits and individuals providing products or services to the over 50 consumer will find the greatest value in a membership. 

Do I need to be over 50 to join The Encore Network?

Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome to take full advantage of the various benefits membership offers. 

What benefits do I get with my membership?

How much does it cost to join The Encore Network?

We offer three membership levels that offer varying price points based on the size of your business or organization. Please visit the Join page to read more about the various membership levels and benefits to determine the best membership level to meet your needs.  

How do I log in to my membership?

To log into the Membership site, visit www.encorenetwork.org and click on “Member Login” in the top right corner. Enter your login information and that’s it! 

How long is my membership active after my payment processes?

Membership is valid for one year from the enrollment date. 

How do I check details regarding my membership (i.e. renewal date, member level, etc.)?

It’s easy. Follow these three steps.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Hover over “Hi, Your Name” in the top right navigation bar. 
  3. Click on “My Subscriptions.” 

How do I renew my membership? 

It’s easy. Follow these four steps.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Hover over “Hi, Name” in the top right navigation bar. 
  3. Click on “My Subscriptions.” 
  4. Click on the “Renew” hyperlink.

How do I change the email on my account?

It’s easy. Follow these three steps.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Hover over “Hi, Your Name” in the top right navigation bar. 
  3. Click on “My Account.” 

Where do I go to complete my Member Profile?

It’s easy. Follow these five steps. 

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Hover over “Hi, Name” in the top right navigation bar. 
  3. Click on “Edit My Profile.” 
  4. Update your profile. 
  5. Be sure to click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page to save edits.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, Usernames cannot be changed once they are made during registration.

I need to cancel my membership before it expires. Can I get a partial refund?

We hate to see you go, but unfortunately, memberships are non-refundable. 

Are membership dues tax deductible?

Please check with your tax advisor to answer this question.

How do I redeem my member discount on paid workshops, conferences or programs?

When a discount is available to a paid workshop, conference, or program, you will receive a code from The Encore Network through the Membership E-Newsletter. Please use this code before you register.

BOGO Limited-Time Offering 

How long is the BOGO promotion valid?

The BOGO limited-time promotion is valid February 15, 2024 – April 15, 2024.

Is the BOGO promotion valid on the Basic, Pro, and Pro Plus membership levels?

Yes. The BOGO promotion is valid on all three membership levels.

What membership level do I get with the BOGO promotion?

The BOGO membership can only be redeemed for a membership that is equivalent to or less than the membership level purchased. 

How do I redeem the BOGO promotion?

It’s easy. Follow these five steps. 

  1. Visit www.encorenetwork.org and click on “Join” in the top right navigation bar. 
  2. Complete form. 
  3. Click on “Have a coupon?” button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Insert the coupon code you received in the email titled “Redeem your Free Membership to The Encore Network Today” and click on the “Sign Up” button.
  5. Follow the remaining steps and you’re set.

Can a non-profit redeem the BOGO promotion?

No. Nonprofits are eligible for a 15% discount on membership levels. 

Can I gift the free membership to whoever I want?

Yes.
