Many of us offer pathways for people over 50 to make a difference through work, service, or social action. We help them navigate the barriers and constraints built into the system as it currently stands. This is a critical part of our mission. But to have the impact we need and want, shouldn’t we also work to change the system that limits possibilities for so many older adults?
This session will focus on strategies and tips for getting started and moving forward. Join us to learn what you can do on your own and what we can do together to change policies and practices that drive or enable ageist attitudes, behaviors, and decisions. Together, we can build broader support for the changes that are needed.
