INSERT EVENT DESCRIPTION.
This event is free for Encore Network Members only. All others (including Encore Network Members guests) must purchase a ticket. After purchasing your ticket, you will be provided a link to join the Zoom Meeting. If you have any questions, please contact info@encorenetwork.org, and include the date, time, title of the event and your question related to the event.
After getting your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your JUNK/SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact info@encorenetwork.org with the NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS used to purchase your tickets along with the TITLE, DATE and TIME of the event. Make sure you read over the confirmation email as it provides you with important information, including the link to join the event (if needed), and an INVOICE for your ticket purchase.
Cancellation Text for Notification emails:
Cancel Booking / Request Refund: If you need to cancel your booking, please cancel your booking first using the cancellation link and then reply to this email (info@encorenetwork.org) to request a refund if you paid to attend this event. If you purchased more than one ticket for the event, cancelling the booking will cancel it for all attendees. If only one of the attendees needs to cancel their booking, please reply to this email (info@encorenetwork.org) and explain your situation. You must request a refund 72 hours before the events start date and it can take between 7 to 14 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only go back to the original form of payment.
