EngAGE’s mission is to empower people – intellectually, creatively and emotionally – to do what they do best for the rest of their lives, gaining mastery, life enrichment and engagement. We lay a foundation for intentional community, the sense of having arrived, being part of a chosen neighborhood.
EngAGE delivers no-cost tailored programming in well-being, the arts, lifelong learning and intergenerational opportunities. Programs are taught by college-level teaching artists and other professionals; students participate in culminating events to use their skills in real-world ways.

Gen2Gen Seattle mobilizes 50+ adults to support thousands of at risk young people through roles including direct service, capacity building, Encore Fellows, paid staff and board. Focus is education equity employing collective impact.

The Life Planning Network is dedicated to promoting positive aging and shaping the future of aging by supporting those transitioning to the next phase of life. Participate in our national chapter or in our Chesapeake, New England, Northern California and emerging eastern Pennsylvania chapters.

Next Chapter Kansas City develops meaningful opportunities for persons ages 50 and older as they explore options for work, service, and learning in the next chapter of their lives.

The Oasis Institute is a national nonprofit organization that promotes healthy aging through lifelong learning, active lifestyles and volunteer engagement roles such as intergenerational tutoring.
OneOC’s mission is “accelerating nonprofit success.” It provides volunteer, training, consulting and fiscal sponsorship services to help nonprofits become as efficient and effective as they are passionate about their missions.

The Transition Network is a nonprofit that creates inclusive communities for women 50+ in personal or professional transitions who are seeking new connections, resources and opportunities to grow and contribute.
UW Encore guides UW staff and faculty retirees toward UW-related encore opportunities. As you walk your retirement path, UW Encore is dedicated to identifying ways to share your skills, strengths and wisdom with the UW community and its mission. In the 2017-18 academic year opportunities will include the Husky Leadership Initiative, the Pipeline Project, the Undergraduate Research Program and more.

Cardinal Institute for Health Careers, CIHC, was established in March 2007 as Cardinal Creek Consulting, L.L.C> (CCC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The primary focus was on the development of health care education curriculums and programs, as well as statistical consulting to the medical and legal professions, In addition, CCC began offering on-going Personal Are Aide courses in late 2013 and continues to the present.

ESC Encore Fellowships (MA)
ESC Encore Fellowships provides transitional management support from experienced professionals to move critical initiatives forward. Fellows help build capacity through high-impact roles in areas such as management, operations and development.
Inspiring Service (OH)
Inspiring Service is launching their “Encore” program as part of the launch of a comprehensive program/platform named “Cincinnati Cares” for encouraging, empowering and inspiring volunteerism in their region.
The Milan Italy-based Kaumatua program (in development) will tap the wisdom of older people to benefit our community. It is inspired by the Maori word kaumatua, describing the wisdom of elders
In 2019 the Körber Foundation will award the ZUGABE Prize for social entrepreneurship in old age. Three senior social entrepreneurs aged 60plus who are implementing solutions to social challenges of our time will each receive 60,000 EUR.
The Longevity Forum (UK)

The Radical Age Movement is a national non-profit based in New York City that challenges traditional notions of aging. The organization’s goal is to change current perceptions and attitudes about aging, so that people of all ages can participate productively in areas of cultural, professional and community life.

Tripido is an innovative Dutch program that helps employees transition from full-time corporate work to part-time work for their corporation, and part-time for a social organization. All parties benefit from this new use of business skills.
Union Theological Seminary
The Encore Transition Program at Union Theological Seminary engages a diverse group of 12-15 like-minded 55+ adults in a four-month program of discernment, dialogue, and experience with what an “encore” stage of productive, social-purpose focused adulthood might look like.
United Neighborhood Houses of NY
United Neighborhood Houses (UNH) is the membership organization of 39 New York City settlement houses and community centers that provide vital services to more than 750,000 New Yorkers each year. UNH supports its members by advocating for budget and policy reforms, developing innovative practices that better meet our communities’ needs, and customizing professional development that build the skills of the current and next generation of community leaders. University of Minnesota Advanced Careers (UMAC) is for Boomers transitioning from career jobs into meaningful engagement. It connects intergenerational learning, social impact, and personal development. UMAC is a gap year for experienced professionals as they transition from career jobs into what is next. UMAC brings a cohort of fellows back to campus as they explore ways to leverage their talents for the common good.
