Would-be volunteers can find engaging photos, lots of filters and ways to compare roles and organizations. Nonprofits canl gain visibility and volunteers who understand the opportunity they’re signing up for.
Connect for Good was developed through a partnership of Encore Boston Network, United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, Empower Success Corps and Inspiring Service, with a goal of boosting volunteerism across the area.

Regional job networking groups: This winter, EBN is launching 17 regional job search networking groups for people 50+, sponsored by the Massachusetts Councils on Aging, with support from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and AARP Massachusetts.
Anyone feeling challenged by ageism, stuck in their job search, uncomfortable with networking, not familiar with LinkedIn or in need of resume help will find others facing the same challenges and willing to share their connections and experience.
